Mythic Path Coaching — portrait
Welcome

Something in your life is changing.

The role. The ambition. The relationship. The person you learned to become.

What once felt certain now feels less so.

The goals that once pulled you forward may no longer carry the same weight. The identity you spent years building may feel increasingly incomplete.

And somewhere beneath the noise of everyday life, a quieter voice has begun asking different questions.

Is this still my life? What am I actually moving toward? What wants to emerge next?

As a Certified Jungian Life Coach, I help people navigate seasons of transition, uncover the hidden patterns shaping their lives, and move toward greater meaning, authenticity, and wholeness.

On the Work

People carry an inherited script: family expectations, early wounds, social conditioning, survival strategies, the ego's careful construction of self.

At some point, the script stops working. Midlife often exposes that. The old story no longer fits — but the new one has not yet been built.

Our work begins here. In the space between who you've been and who you're trying to become — building a way forward that is more honest, more integrated, more your own.

The midlife crisis, or the midlife chrysalis.

the choice is up to you.

My Tools

Jungian Depth Psychology

Make the unconscious, conscious to understand what is holding you back from living a more authentic life.

The individuation process, developed by Carl Jung, encourages bringing unconscious content into conscious awareness. This material helps us see that everything that appears external to us is actually a reflection of what's happening internally. In order to shift our external reality, we must shift our internal so that we can live from our psychological wholeness, our true self.

Social Neuroscience

Patterns live in the body and in the nervous system, not just in story.

Social Neuroscience helps us understand how our brain evolved socially, how we form identity, map emotion, define morality, and co-create meaning. The work is grounded — practical and felt — so that the insights of the inner life work in concert with how our biology actually functions.

Wisdom Traditions

Practical insight drawn from the world's enduring traditions.

Myth, Stoicism, contemplative philosophy, and mystical traditions offer frameworks for understanding meaning, suffering, responsibility, and transformation. The goal is not ideology or escape, but a deeper orientation toward life and right action. You do not need to adopt a belief system. We use what is useful and leave the rest behind.
